Mind-blowing service! Super helpful staff transported us when our car broke down and even called a mechanic. Jaw-droppingly quiet area near the city with easy parking. Clean and spacious apartment with a small kitchenette for snacks. Staff gave detailed directions to the taxi driver. Thank you!

Everything was awesome, the parking was on-site, the room was absolutely perfect. All the staff was very, very nice, settled my issues. The location was great, overlooking street. Also, Eros Shopping Centre was 2 miles away from the hotel.

our recent stay in windhoek was made all the more memorable by the exceptional hospitality at emerald. the owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even picking us up late at night when our flight was delayed. the spacious and clean apartment was perfect for our needs, and the breakfast was delicious. highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly helpful and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was convenient and within walking distance to everything we needed. The B&B is conveniently located just 3 miles away from Fort Alte Feste.

Couldn't stay longer.

Basic but comfortable and clean. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Aircon is a plus. Feels like staying in a spare apartment. No fancy nonsense. Cons: Bugs! But hey, it's in the middle of Namibia, so what do you expect?

We got excellent value for our money at Emerald Bed&Breakfast. The rooms were simple but homely, and the family suite had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was secure and easy to find, just a short distance from the city center. The owner and staff were helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us, even providing transportation and arranging car repairs. it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Great location, close to the city center and the western bypass, making it easy to explore Windhoek. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Lack of air conditioning in the apartment made it a bit chilly during the winter. It would have been more comfortable with a heating option.
